Selected Studies in Transportation Law: Volume 7, Transit Charter Bus Service: Decisions and Documents (CD-ROM)

This CD-ROM contains Volume 7 of the multiple-volume collection contained in the "Selected Studies in Transportation Law" (SSTL), published jointly by the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) and the Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP). Volume 7 of the SSTL contains a compilation of the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA's) decisions and documents dealing with that agency's interpretation of the Charter Bus Service requirements. The decisions are in chronological order starting from June 11, 1976. Although the Charter Bus Service requirements were substantially revised April 13, 1987, pre-1987 decisions and documents are included to provide historical context. Three indexes have also been included: (1) Alphabetical Listings of Charter Documents and Decisions; (2) Charter Documents and Decisions by FTA Regions; and (3) Subject and Issue Index. These indexes should assist researchers in locating documents most relevant to their particular situations.
