Written permission must be received from TRB to return books. To receive permission, write to:

Please include the book title(s) to be returned and invoice number(s) and date(s).
Upon return of book(s) in saleable condition within 90 days of the shipping date, a credit will be issued on paid invoices for the amount of the returned book(s), less 15 percent for handling. Postage on all return shipments must be prepaid. Photocopies and books that are out of print are not returnable.
