This circular contains 173 research problem statements developed by 40 committees of the Transportation Research Board's Group 2 Council. While the problem statements have been assigned a number and arranged within categories by alphanumeric designation of contributing committees, this arrangement does not establish recommended priorities within categories. The ordering of statements under individual committee listings does reflect that committee's priorities if indicated.
