Public and Private Sector Interdependence in Freight Transportation Markets

This report is a primer into the complex relationships between public sector and private sector stakeholders in the freight transportation industry. The report introduces the reader to the freight industry through the use of examples, case studies, and a broad-based presentation of the mutually dependent issues facing public and private investment decision makers.
